We know you want your order ASAP. We are just as excited for you to receive your new LUXXI nails! We ship all orders out within 48 business hours of purchase. Priority Mail orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours. Please note, orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at hello@glimmygo.shop or fill out our contact us form. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow at least 48 business hours to process and ship your order.
